The next stop is Deseret Dairy Products. At the farm in Elberta, Utah about 5000 cows are milked every day. The milk is brought by tanker here to be processed: milk, chocolate milk, butter, cottage cheese, mild cheddar cheese, sour cream, and powdered milk.
