Elder Millet offered $50 to any student who memorized "The Family, A Proclamation to the World." To date 4 students have accomplished the task and quoted it successfully to their respective classes:

Katie Wells

Linda Titera

Emily Keller

Rosa Bagley

This Scrabble game gets the cheers for the longest word we have ever played. It took 3 turns: provide - provident - providential.

Ohio is known for its maple syrup. The weather was perfect for a bounteous harvest. We went to Burton, Ohio for a maple outing. Our Institute students enjoyed the maple sugar cookies Elder Millet made for them.

We had the wonderful opportunity to attend the 175th anniversary of the dedication of the Kirtland Temple. The meeting was at 6:00 in the morning and was a spiritual feast. We are so fortunate to be near the temple. The sun came up and shone through the window right at the perfect time in the meeting.

On a beautiful summer day it's fun to remember the snow. This is from our balcony and yes we had snow all winter.
