This is Ed welcoming the people to the movie "Joseph Smith, Prophet of the Restoration" in the Legacy Theatre which is in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building (the old Hotel Utah). The theatre is awesome and has an almost I-Max screen - 60' wide and 20.5' high. It seats 507 guests. The movie covers the life of the Prophet from childhood to martyrdom and is very, very well done.

The statue is of Joseph Smith and his brother Hyrum who were martyred June 27, 1844 in Carthage, Illinois.
